Maintaining a healthy hair routine for your son is essential to keeping him looking sharp and feeling great. So, what should you do?

The best way to create a manageable hair routine for your son is to start with the basics. The first step is to choose a good shampoo and conditioner that is free of any harmful chemicals.

As a parent, you want to make sure that you're using the right products on your son's hair. This will ensure that it stays healthy and strong throughout their childhood.

A good rule of thumb when choosing shampoos and conditioners is to look for sulfate-free products. Sulfates have been known to irritate sensitive skin so they can be particularly harmful to children's scalps.

Once you've found the right shampoo and conditioner, it's time to think about how often you should wash their hair. Depending on how active your child is, you may want them to wash their hair every day or every couple days. However, if they're spending most of their time indoors playing video games or watching TV then they might not need as frequent washes as someone who goes outside more often and gets more dirt in their hair!

I personally wash my sons hair twice a week. This is because he often come homes from Kindergarten with all types of dirt and sometimes even twigs in his hair!! I use the Nurturing Sonshine No Poo cleanser to detangle and wash his hair. I love that this product can be used for both as it helps make washing and detangling his hair simple. I follow up with the Nurturing Sonshine Moisturizing Hair Cream and that's it!
